Your registration information has been received. Your payment is still due. A deposit of $25.00 is required to hold your spot and payment in full is required within one week of the camp session. You may drop off payment at the center in the payment box outside the door. Note, we are not always at the center if no camps are in session. You may also mail your payment. If you mail payment, be sure to include Name, Phone, Email address, and courses you registered for.

Apex, NC 27502REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel a registration, there is a $20 service fee that will be assessed (unless there is a different deposit non-refundable deposit fee mentioned for a particular class). If you cancel prior to 7 days before class, you will receive a full refund minus the service fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to class, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel the day before or after class is in session, there is no refund.
TUTORING CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that tutoring sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled session. If you must cancel within 24 hours then a $15 fee will be assessed. If you forget to show and the tutor has waited for you at the center, a 50% session fee will be assessed.
